| A group of Anderson County School Board officials, family, and friends gathered at the Anderson County Board of Education office on Monday, September 24 to honor Millard G. Smith for his service to the county and schools by naming the county building after him. State senators O'Dell and Bryant made a resolution to honor the late school board administrator and presented framed documents to his widow, Doris Smith of Starr. |
